The Viola, made on a model inspired by the works of the Florentine luthier Fernando Ferroni,
Tuscan black poplar from the Mugello area for back, sides and neck.
Fingerboard, pegs and chin rest are in Indian ebony.
The varnish is amber red pigments
on a golden yellow base and it is a spirit varnish made with the Master’s personal recipe.
