Once you have purchased the instrument from Liuteria Toscana srl, if you are not completely satisfied with the purchased instrument, you have the possibility to return it within 30 days of receipt of the goods. It is of course necessary to notify us by e-mail and once you have received the written confirmation, return the instrument within the thirtieth day. Conditions for the return: It will not be possible to accept the return if even minor changes have been made to the instrument such as changes to the bridge or nut or to any other part of the instrument. Neither shipping costs nor credit card fees will be refunded. We will refund the price of the instrument and packaging if the instrument and packaging are returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped by us. You will be refunded through the same channel with which you paid. In the case of return, it is recommended to insure the shipment because we will not be responsible for damage or loss in the return shipment of the goods. The goods can be accepted for return only if: The return has been agreed in advance; The goods are intact and in their original packaging; The shipment takes place pre paid, not cash on delivery.
